To encourage staff to enchance curriculum and instructional development.

3.1. Complete "Statement and Acceptance" form and submit to Superintendent.

3.2. Complete, and submit, copyright form with District.

3.3 Negotiate "Agreement for Use of Washington County School District Copyright" with Superintendent.

3.4 Submit final documents to Board for Contract approval.
