1620 - Mediation of Contract Negotiations

1. Purpose:

To facilitate the negotiation and to effect settlement of controversy.

2. Policy:

The Board adopts the current UCA § 53E-6-801 and 802, together with future updates, as it relates to mediation of contract negotiations. (See attachment.)
